For hygiene reasons, intimate and lingerie products that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us at luviarose1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Gift cards
Sale items are also non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or solution at no additional cost where applicable.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
