Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver across Pakistan.

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and applicable courier rates.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders. Any applicable offer will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters.

Every Luvia Rose order is shipped in plain, unbranded, and discreet packaging. The package will not display product details or indicate that it contains lingerie or intimate wear.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Luvia Rose is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

All orders must be accepted without opening or inspecting the products at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos as evidence. Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our order policy.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations across Pakistan. Luvia Rose reserves the right to request advance payment for certain orders, locations, or high-value purchases when necessary.
